Navneet Kalra was the first partner of the famous ‘Khan Chacha’ restaurant in Khan Market. He later became the owner of it.

The Delhi Police got a big success against those who blacklisted the oxygen concentrator in Corona. Late Sunday night, police sources informed that the absconding accused Navneet Kalra has been arrested. A lookout notice was issued against him earlier. The police suspected him of fleeing abroad.

Kalra filed an anticipatory bail application in Delhi’s Saket court to avoid arrest. Hearing on this, it was rejected by the court itself last Tuesday. The court said that it is necessary to interrogate the accused.

Hundreds of concentrators were found from 3 restaurants
Recently, the police raided 3 restaurants located in Khan Market, Delhi and recovered hundreds of oxygen concentrators. Kalra was suspicious of his black marketing. Many teams of Delhi Police were looking for him. Navneet Kalra was the first partner of the famous ‘Khan Chacha’ restaurant in Khan Market. He later became the owner of it.

This is the whole case

  • Delhi Police had seized 96 oxygen concentrators from some hotels including Khan Chacha Restaurant. Initial investigations revealed that this black marketing network of oxygen spread to London.
  • Earlier, police seized 419 containers from Jo Nege Zoo Restaurant-Bar in Lodhi Colony and Khullar Farm House in Mandi Village, Chhatarpur.
  • Navneet Kalra is the owner of this restaurant. Police arrested 4 people, including the manager of the restaurant. It was only after the manager’s revelations that the police raided Khan Market.
  • At the same time, the farm house which was raided in Chhatarpur is owned by Gagan Duggal, who lives in London. Duggal is the owner of the Matrix company which makes SIM cards.
  • Navneet Kalra and Gagan Duggal are business partners. Oxygen concentrators were imported to India in the name of Gagan Duggal’s Matrix Company for Rs 20 thousand per piece. It is being sold in black for up to 60 thousand rupees. Kalra had formed a WhatsApp group for this.
