3.10 lakh corona patients found in 24 hours
Within the last 24 hours, corona has been confirmed among 3.10 lakh people in the country. This figure is the lowest in the last 25 days. Earlier, on April 20, 2.94 lakh new infections were identified. However, the death toll still remains a concern. In the country, 4,075 people died due to corona on Saturday. This is the 6th time in May, when more than 4 thousand patients have died in a single day.
It is also a matter of relief that the number of people recovering from Corona is increasing continuously. A total of 3.62 lakh people beat Corona on the previous day. In this way, the number of active cases i.e. patients being treated was reduced by 55,931. This is the biggest drop in active cases this year.
2.46 people have been infected so far
So far 2.46 crore people have been affected by Corona in the country. Of these, 2.07 crore people have been cured, while 2.70 lakh patients have died. There are 36.13 lakh patients who are currently undergoing treatment.
